It also fit my desire for something only about three levels deep with comments. It’s way more than a To Do list (which is usually 1-2 layers), but way less than a Gantt or major project management tool like I lived on for many years. Best of all, I can find stuff easily to work on and FINISH without having to spend more time searching than doing. I don’t need an app that works with teams, though I’m delighted that this is so team-friendly, as it’s ideal for most teams where not all members are project management professionals. And it’s fully synced on my iPhone 8+ and MacBook Pro!
