Quickbooks For Mac Os Sierra Update

вторник 19 февраля admin 44

I have a client who bought QB for Mac 2016 a few months ago and is only installing it now. He has a screen save of his product when he bought it--says compatible with Mac OS Xv10.10 (Yosemite and macOS Sierra. He has Sierra 10.10.5 and does not want to upgrade yet to 10.11 or more--because he is a photographer and wants to make sure all his programs are compatible with new OS upgrade first.

We want to let you know that your QuickBooks for Mac 2014 or 2015 desktop software will not function with the beta macOS Sierra. If you want to continue running your QuickBooks for Mac 2014 or 2015 software do not install the beta macOS Sierra update. We will continue to support Mac OS X v10.10 (Yosemite).

BUT he couldn't download Quickbooks 2016 because he gets an error message saying he can't use this version of Quickbooks 2016 with this version of OSX 10.10.5--that it requires 10.11 or later. How can he get around this issue??

Just got the attached e-mail from Intuit. I purchased a 2015 version like 4 month ago.
