I upgraded to Acrobat 2017 Pro because Mac OS Sierra cannot run Acrobat 9 Professional. I expected no problems but was disappointed when the installer told me that installation had failed and said to contact the manufacturer. I contacted Adobe, which sent me their own download link for the installer, but again the installation failed. Maybe something is wrong with the installer itself; a folder for Acrobat 2017 Pro did appear in my Applications directory, and the program will start.
